Chief Academic Officer
91µÎµÎ (SWC) in Santa Fe, New Mexico, invites nominations, inquiries, and applications for the position of Chief Academic Officer (CAO).
As SWC celebrates its 50th anniversary, we are building on a distinctive legacy of consciousness-centered, transformational graduate education while pursuing an ambitious vision for the future. We seek a collaborative, innovative, and mission-centered academic leader to help advance academic excellence, student success, community engagement, and institutional sustainability.
Reporting to the President and serving on the Executive Council, the CAO serves as the College’s senior academic leader and provides strategic leadership for academic affairs, student affairs, accreditation, assessment, faculty development, and academic planning. The CAO works closely with faculty, staff, students, and community partners to cultivate an integrated and transformative educational experience.

Minimum salary entry point is $129,200.

This is an exciting opportunity for a diverse range of candidates from someone wanting to strengthen their skills in a supportive learning environment to an experienced professional interested in supporting continuing education for mental health professionals in our region. Applications are welcome from all qualified candidates seeking meaningful and impactful work in a dynamic and collaborative environment that supports a healthy life-work balance. The New Earth Institute (NEI) Administrative Assistant’s primary responsibilities are to assist with planning, coordination, and delivery of NEI events, including community lectures, certificate courses, and the annual Transformation and Healing Conference. Additional duties include supporting NEI administrative processes including course registration, distribution of completed CE certificates and, in collaboration with the NEI Director, perform updates to courses and programs, and assist with program evaluation and accreditation.
Successful candidates will have an Associate’s degree or comparable experience working in higher education administration and/or customer service with proficiency with Microsoft Office, online learning management systems, and other record-keeping technology. This is a part-time 20 hour-per-week, hybrid (in-person and remote options) non-exempt position with time off benefits. The pay range is $17-$22 per hour depending on education and experience. 91µÎµÎ (SWC) is a consciousness-centered, transformational learning community in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Our graduate programs integrate academic excellence with holistic, experiential, and reflective learning, preparing students to serve as compassionate change agents in the world.
We are seeking a full-time Art Therapy/Counseling Faculty member to join our master’s degree clinical academic programs. This position is ideal for educators and practitioners who are passionate about transformational teaching, reflective practice, and mentoring the next generation of art therapists.
The Opportunity
- Teach graduate-levelÌýart therapy/counselingÌýcourses (minimum 9 units per quarter) using experiential, reflective, and consciousness-based pedagogies.Ìý

Adjunct Faculty for M.A. in Art Therapy/Counseling Program
91µÎµÎ’s M.A. in Art Therapy/Counseling is approved by the 
American Art Therapy Association. It includes a lot of art-making with an experiential and holistic focus, and an emphasis on the personal growth and consciousness of the student/therapist. Our program allows graduates to sit for licensing in both Art Therapy and Counseling (this is unlike most Art Therapy programs.)
Please note that some Art Therapy/Counseling courses require instructors to have an ATR-BC, as required by AATA.

Adjunct Faculty for M.A. in Counseling Program
91µÎµÎ readily accepts letters of interest, curriculum vitae and teaching philosophy statements from licensed mental health professionals interested in teaching in our Higher Learning Commission accredited Counseling Program. We prefer our faculty to have at least three years of post-graduate clinical experience in order to bring a hands-on perspective to our students. Our faculty operate from a transformational model of teaching based on experiential methods of instruction that emphasize personal growth, reflective practice, and conscious awareness of biases and belief systems that affect interpersonal relationships. We ask our faculty to serve as models for authenticity, congruence, and active participants in the learning process.Ìý
