We are fully accredited by the Higher Learning Commission to offer Master’s degree programs in Counseling, Art Therapy/Counseling, Art Therapy for Clinical Professionals, Transformational Teaching,Learning & Leadership, Consciousness in Action, and a Ph.D. in Visionary Practice and Regenerative Leadership. Clinical Supervisor

Position type: Full time
Salary Range: $65,000 – $70,000 Annually

Tierra Nueva Counseling Center of 91µÎµÎ is currently seeking a full-time Clinical Supervisor to join our leadership team. The Clinical Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality behavioral health services by providing leadership, guidance, and oversight to our counseling staff. This includes supervising licensed and pre-licensed clinicians, practicum students, and interns in accordance with licensure board requirements and agency policies. The ideal candidate will foster a supportive, learning-centered environment that promotes clinical excellence and professional growth.
In addition to supervisory responsibilities, the Clinical Supervisor will maintain a small caseload to stay connected to clinical practice and model best practices. The role also involves ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, ethical standards, and accreditation guidelines, while collaborating with leadership on quality assurance initiatives and clinical programming. Staying current with evidence-based practices and emerging trends in mental health care is crucial for informing clinical strategies and driving innovation.
Qualified candidates must have strong clinical assessment skills, leadership abilities, and proficiency in electronic health records.
Preferred qualifications include bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish or another language), credentials in art therapy, and training in trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, CBT, DBT, or other evidence-based modalities. Familiarity with Medicaid and managed care environments is also desirable.

Accounting Assistant

Position Type: Part-time
Salary Range: $18-$23 per hour

This is an exciting opportunity for a diverse range of candidates, from an accounting student wanting to strengthen their skills in a supportive learning environment to a retired accounting professional desiring to support the missions of higher education and mental health access in our region. Faculty, Art Therapy/Counseling Program

91µÎµÎ (SWC) is a consciousness-centered, transformational learning community in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Our graduate programs integrate academic excellence with holistic, experiential, and reflective learning, preparing students to serve as compassionate change agents in the world.

We are seeking a full-time Art Therapy/Counseling Faculty member to join our master’s degree clinical academic programs. This position is ideal for educators and practitioners who are passionate about transformational teaching, reflective practice, and mentoring the next generation of art therapists.

The Opportunity

  • Teach graduate-level art therapy/counseling courses (minimum 9 units per quarter) using experiential, reflective, and consciousness-based pedagogies.
  • Mentor and advise students to support their academic, professional, and personal development.
  • Engage in supervision and evaluation of student learning using formative, reflective, and competency-based assessment methods.
  • Guide and support adjunct faculty, including recruitment, supervision, and reflective mentorship.
  • Contribute to curriculum design and continuous improvement aligned with SWC’s mission, CACREP & CAAHEP standards, and institutional outcomes.
  • Participate in faculty governance, program meetings, and college-wide initiatives.
  • Engage in scholarly, professional, or creative practice reflecting SWC’s values.

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Art Therapy/Counseling or closely related field
  • Art Therapy Board Certification (ATR-BC)
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPCC) in New Mexico & Supervisor License (or eligibility within six months)
  • Graduate-level teaching experience in art therapy/counseling or a related discipline
  • Experience in curriculum development and program design
  • Proficiency with LMS, SIS, and Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

  • Doctorate (Ph.D., Ed.D., Psy.D., or equivalent) in Art Therapy, Counseling, or related field
  • Experience teaching in transformational, experiential, or reflective learning environments
  • Professional engagement (AATA, ACA, NMCA) or scholarly contributions

Adjunct Faculty for M.A. in Art Therapy/Counseling Program

91µÎµÎ’s M.A. in Art Therapy/Counseling is approved by the Capstone August 2014 -2American Art Therapy Association. It includes a lot of art-making with an experiential and holistic focus, and an emphasis on the personal growth and consciousness of the student/therapist. Our program allows graduates to sit for licensing in both Art Therapy and Counseling (this is unlike most Art Therapy programs.)

Please note that some Art Therapy/Counseling courses require instructors to have an ATR-BC, as required by AATA.

Adjunct Faculty for M.A. in Counseling Program

91µÎµÎ readily accepts letters of interest, curriculum vitae and teaching philosophy statements from licensed mental health professionals interested in teaching in our Higher Learning Commission accredited Counseling Program. We prefer our faculty to have at least three years of post-graduate clinical experience in order to bring a hands-on perspective to our students. Our faculty operate from a transformational model of teaching based on experiential methods of instruction that emphasize personal growth, reflective practice, and conscious awareness of biases and belief systems that affect interpersonal relationships. We ask our faculty to serve as models for authenticity, congruence, and active participants in the learning process.Ìý
